Gulshara Naushaqyzy Abdiqalyqova (Kazakh: Гүлшара Наушақызы Әбдіқалықова); (Russian: Гульшара Наушаевна Абдыкаликова , Gulshara Naushaevna Abdykalikova); is a Kazakh politician who is current Secretary of State of Kazakhstan.
She served as Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Kazakhstan from 4 March 2009 to 24 September 2012 and Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan from 28 November 2013 to 11 November 2014.
