Lisseth Betzaida Ayovi Cabezas (born 7 August 1998) is an Ecuadorian female weightlifter, competing in the +75 kg category and representing Ecuador at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
