Ratan Desai (Dewasi) (born 25 September 1975) is an Indian politician former MLA of Raniwara,[1] since 2008 & Former Government Dy. Chief Whip.[2] He was elected as MLA from Raniwara in 2008 as a candidate of Indian National Congress & won by 19802 votes.[3][4][5][6]

Early life and background
Ratan Desai was born on 25 September 1975 in Mount Abu to a Rajasthani Hindu family. He did his schooling SSC from Gov School. Ratan spent his childhood in Jalore, Rajasthan.
Personal life
He is married to Viraj Desai, a Lawyer. The couple have one son.
