The Valley Falls Cotton Mill Site is the site of a historic mill in Vernon, Connecticut. Mills were operated on the site from colonial times until 1877, when the last mill burned. The site is located in Vernon's Valley Falls Park.[2] The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.[1]
